Hi Mr. Hauser! I did this a while back asking someone that done work to my car and was paid by my father 1276.00. He did not replace the parts that he said he did. I sent him a certified letter with a return receipt (and I have it) asking him for a refund of the whole amount due to the circumstances. What can I do next versus small claims court?
When I called to check on the small claims court, the girl told me that I would have to have an attorney. I just hung up!! These people around here are dumbasses or hate me, that is the only excuse...lol.
