This works as long as you write or type out an attached letter with a few laws stating tender of payment etc. and the key trick is to get it notorized and mail it to the ceo or cfo of the company! I recently sent certified mail to the electric and gas company! it works
Are you having success with using the coupon method every month with the electric company
how would the attached letter? and wht consumer laws are being stated for tender of payment.
