I have a friend who's home was fraudclosed last year. This year she received 1099A part B from the servicer. What can she do to recoup and correct what they filed on the 1099A? I guess this would be for all 1099A filed without our consent. Thank you,

Can you show what that 1099-A looks like? (Feel free to email)

Hi, I emailed the copy to you. By the way I was disappointed in how I was treated tonight so abruptly.
