Hello everyone, hope all is well. My question is that I have sent my coupon to the loan company and a conditional acceptance letter. I received a letter stating this “While we appreciate your efforts to make payments to your account, these documents do not constitute valid forms of payment.” Now do I go ahead and proceed with remittances letter and ? I have studied and between work and home,  I’m mental drained. Credir acceptance did not mail me back my coupon and Or notarized contract. I have a copy of it. May someone if willing reply with some information. Thank you!!!
