Is there anyone here with evidence this works?

If so is it normally just for minor things like $599 or less or will the government or banks fight tooth and nail over every single dollar?

What is the process if they just keep denying your negotiable instrument? What are the specific documents and what is the order and the time frame for their response? How many letters until we sue them? What regs would we use for this process?

Then if and when it goes to litigation, what is the process for this?

Is there going to be court fees if we lose? If we have a Trust and it's been ratified then does that mean we get paid for the court case no matter if we win or lose?

What would be considered low hanging fruit in this process?

Should I start with basic government charges like parking tickets or tolls? Then move up until I reach the 50k charges for credit card companies?

Does a promissory note to these corporations have a higher probability of working than a A4V or a Coupon? Would adding my CUSIP number make things run smoother? 

Instead of mailing 500 documents over a decade for one thing why not just go in person, record the conversation and utilize your negotiation skills and get the job done that way. Would this not be faster and overall an easier method? Or perhaps the phone but it seems in person may give one more ability to persuade and influence the people.

If you use letters only, well you may as well become a copy writer and learn NLP and hypnosis to get the employees to do what you want them to do.
