First, it is not a CUSIP number.

It is a routing number for ACH transactions from bank to bank. The SS card is actually a Cesti Que Vie Trust Account not part of Department of Treasury because they are claiming the treasury no longer exists. This is all apart of the IMF and they issue you the checks. When you do the DTC application you have to make sure you're not filling out the form because you need a trust company to assist you with this application.
